SUCESS! (Well, sort of)

I RAN A 5K! Well, let’s not get too excited; I ran 2k, walked almost a kilometer, than finished the 5k and cooled down with 1/3k. Total, it was about 3.4 miles. I’m going to call that a win. This was Saturday, then I took a break and didn’t work out Sunday. Happy Monday; I’ll work out this evening. Planning for a 2 mile run and a yoga workout.
