Almost a month since my last posted; if I’m not mistaken, that’s a new record. Here’s what has been going on with me and fitness lately- it’s a short tale.
My doctor said I don’t have a pinched nerve yet, but she wrote me a referral for a physical therapist to loosen the back muscle that has worked itself up so tightly. It seems my ankles have been giving lessons in “how to be a defective muscle”. Fitness has really been a non-issue as I am rather out-of-commission as an exerciser… Monday I find out when my first therapy appointment is.
Can I just not be broken long enough to complete one “30 day ____” or “6 Week ___”? I start many, but I always break.
