I went to the gym this evening and ran another 1/2 mile and then worked abs for awhile. I have a wicked headache but, if it is gone in the morning, I am going to try to run .75 mile. I am wearing my brace right now; my calves are ridiculously tight. Hopefully I am not moving too fast here. I realize 1-2 per day is a lot of runs, but they are so small- I didn’t think it would really matter… I might have to talk to my therapist tomorrow.
Can’t wait for the weekend. My yoga instructor mom is coming to visit for a week! She is also a fan of farmers markets and cooking (what can I say; I am my mother’s daughter). Next week is going to be awesome for health and fitness!!
