Little bit of a cheat day- just a tad. I had 8 peanut M&Ms (count them: 8 single M&Ms, NOT packs or bags) this afternoon but my real cheat was when I caved to my husband’s pleas for pizza… and I ate a slice. Only one, but still. It was the first really processed food I have had in almost three weeks and it did not feel good. I am not going to beat myself up though because (1) it was my entire dinner, and (2) I proceeded to a Zumba class where I shook and shimmied for 30 minutes.
Tomorrow I think I will do yoga in the morning. This could be the start of a beautiful habit.
