I am not getting enough sleep- or at least it feels that way. I need to start going to bed before midnight if I want to keep waking up at 5:30/6:00. Lately headaches have robbed my mornings of any motivation to work out. I really need to go to a class- oh shoot! I just this moment remembered: I had a water aerobics class last night and I missed it! Aw man. I was looking forward to that.
