Wow. It is May already? Doesn’t feel like it. So today all I have done “formally” is crunches and stretching (and walking if you count that- I hardly do). It has just been a really yucky, rainy day. I need to just get over it and workout anyway, but I did not get home until 9:30 and by then I was so tired— well, I won’t make excuses.
Next Workout: Tomorrow Evening (I have meetings in the morning- no time for working out :P )
