Day 3

April 10th, 2013

Ok, so I ran this morning. I know it is supposed to be yoga day and I was just going for a walk, but it was so pretty and the breeze was lovely….and my shoes were just itching to go. To be fair to my schedule, I did do some yoga during cool-down. Tonight I will do a complete yoga session though, because I really do need some stretching/ab working. Also, I didn’t get out the door until 7:15. Fat free yogurt with fresh berries (strawberries and, my favorite, blueberries!) and two slices of organic whole wheat toast for breakfast. I love that toast more than Olive Garden breadsticks.
